Eastern Spirituality

I usually talk about western spirituality such as the kabbalah and other things, but in this I want to talk about my experiences with eastern spirituality. For several years I have been a practitioner of internal martial arts like neigong and tai chi for health and received its many other benefits. Taoism is what im mainly drawn in eastern spirituality. I have just come to learn about the art of the 8 trigrams palm or “Bagua Zhang” recently and saw its connection to things other surrounding eastern cultures and western spirituality. I am thankful I have a good understanding and foundation of eastern spirituality other than throwing around the words chi and chakra like the degenerate new age communities. Recently I have come to learn more about ancient, medieval, and folk Chinese stories about martial artists like Yang Lu Chan & Wong Fei Hong, Fei Hong who appears in the Wuxia film Fist of The Red Dragon which was my introduction into Asian culture and folklore. In the future I will talk more about Taoism and Eastern spirituality.

The Natural Liberation of The Nature of Mind |Peacful & Wrathful Dieties
The Bardo Thodol or Book of the Dead is a book for the dead and dying. With my understanding of life and death and reading some of the pages in this book I have come to realize that that living are dying and the dying are living. Basically the cycles of life and death. In Hinduism the mantra SA.TA.NA.MA. spell out SATNAM which means true self and also existence, life, death and rebirth. Which is the true nature of reality.

The Bardos Thodol states, “O, Alas! Alas! Fortunate Child of Buddha Nature, Do not be oppressed by the forces of ignorance and delusion! But rise up now with resolve and courage! Entranced by ignorance, from beginningless time until now, You have had [more than] enough time to sleep. So do not slumber any longer, but strive after virtue with
body, speech and mind!
and death? Are you oblivious to the sufferings of birth, old age, sickness
There is no guarantee that you will survive, even past this very
day!
The time has come [for you] to develop perseverance in [your] practice.|” The Wrathful & Peaceful Deities are omnipresent. As I say to the degenerate and unworthy the gods are always watching. Amitābha.
